About Us

Did you know that Beltone in New Glasgow is locally owned and operated? While we carry the name “Beltone”, any profits from this business stay in our community.

Community Outreach Program

When you’re operating a busy, successful business, it is easy to get caught up in day-to-day operations and forget about what, and whom helped us get here. We haven’t forgotten! We know we wouldn’t be here without you, our patients.

We are a locally operated and privately owned business. This gives us the freedom to give back to our community, personally.

“We are a business that values people, community and environment; and while we strive to be a success, we will always put what we value first: outstanding patient care.” Eva Lorenc, Owner of Beltone

Doctor of Audiology, Justyna Lorenc, provides educational talks on various hearing health topics to audiences of all ages. Topics range from information on hearing health, tinnitus, communication strategies for people with hearing loss and hearing aid maintenance classes.

Beltone’s team heads into rural areas to provide hearing screenings and general information on hearing health during the warmer months. If you are interested in having our professionals come to your area to present on a specific topic or organize a day of hearing screening, please call us at 1-877-742-5141.

Beltone has a hearing aid battery recycling program! Feel free to collect your old hearing aid batteries, and drop them off at one of our clinics. Click HERE to find out when we will be in your area.

We are a proud supporter of Pictou County’s Wellness Centre! Click HERE to read more.
